strictly as an advertising and intermediary platform and does not
provide delivery, logistics, or transportation services.
1. Delivery Responsibility
- All deliveries are arranged directly between buyers and sellers.
- Sellers are solely responsible for packaging, transportation,
delivery timelines, and delivery costs.
- Buyers and sellers must agree on delivery terms before completing
any transaction.
2. Payment on Delivery
- Buyers are strongly advised to pay only upon delivery after
inspecting the goods.
- The Administrator does not collect, hold, or process payments on
behalf of sellers.
- Payments made before delivery are at the buyer’s own risk.
3. Sourcing Agents and International Shipping
- Sourcing agents displayed on the Platform operate independently.
- Shipping timelines, fees, customs clearance, taxes, and import
duties are determined by sourcing agents and relevant authorities.
- The Administrator does not guarantee shipping timelines or
delivery outcomes.
4. Land Transactions
- Land listings do not involve physical delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for conducting independent legal and title
due diligence before making any payment.
5. Risk and Liability
- The Administrator is not liable for delayed, failed, or incomplete
deliveries, damaged or lost goods, or delivery-related disputes.
- All delivery-related disputes must be resolved directly between
buyers and sellers.
6. User Safety
Users are encouraged to meet in safe, public locations during
daylight hours. For high-value items, users should consider
involving a trusted third party.
